Emily Jones Founder
With over 15 years of experience in sales, Emily has worked across all areas of the fitness industry, from front desk roles to management. While working for a major fitness chain in the Northeast, she developed a strategy that rapidly generated leads and converted them into clients, adding over 200 members in 90 days, increasing membership by 40%, and generating an additional $14k in package revenue within 30 days.
This success led Emily to realize that her strategy, combined with hard work, could benefit fitness, wellness, and beauty facilities nationwide. This insight sparked her transition into management and sales consulting.
Before entering the fitness industry, Emily had a successful career in hospitality at the Four Seasons Hotel, surpassing her revenue target by $500,000. She later pursued a Master of Arts in International Business Management, specializing in International Sports and Fitness Marketing. Emily was then recruited to lead Business Operations and Marketing at UCL Academy in London, but her passion for consulting led her to return home.
